Can I pay by cheque or postal order?

The simple answer is no. In order to keep our prices low we only accept online payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for this but you do need a credit/debit card. This is 100% secure and at no extra cost to the customer.

Why do you not advertise your address?

This is because the business is currently based at a private address but if you need the address for returns we will email details to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually 2-5 days depending on our stock levels and the speed of our suppliers. Please leave 14 days before contacting us and include you name, address, order reference and date of order in your email.

Why is P&P not refunded on returns?

This is because the postage & packaging amount has already been used through Royal Mail and is not part of the item price. We will refund the item price with no hassles though.

Can I email about products?

Yes! Not only do we have a beautician on staff but we also use a variety of the products ourselves so if you have a question please ask!

Is VAT included in your prices?

Yes it is. We only supply mainland UK.

Are there any other hidden costs to delivery?

Our delivery is £2.50 for orders up to the value of £24.99 (excluding delivery) and £3.99 for orders £25.00 - £74.99 (excluding delivery) and £5.99 for orders £75.00 - £149.99 (excluding delivery) and £8.99 for orders £150.00 and above (excluding delivery). Our P&P charges are fair and reflect the weight of the parcel.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes, just email for details.
